Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in many condos at the San Moritz, altho not all.
Please advise Reservations if you will be bringing your pet so that you may be placed in a "pet friendly" unit. A pet deposit of $200 per pet will be required upon arrival. We will ask for a credit card at check-in for this deposit. The credit card will only be processed if there is a problem.

We ask that you please be responsible for your pets when in the unit and also help keep the grounds area clean.
Please do not leave your dog in the unit alone if there is any chance that damage may occur or if excessive barking will annoy other guests. We must also be sensitive to our "non-pet" guests. San Moritz does not accept young puppies in any units.

Housekeepers do not enter units that have a pet. The head housekeeper will make arrangements with you regarding any housekeeping services and your pet.
You will be provided with "dog sheets" to put over furniture and beds during your stay in case your pet is prone to sleep on the couch or on the beds. Please be advised that there will be a charge if housekeeping has to spend extra time "de-furring" the unit or has to wash bedspreads, blankets or dust ruffles when cleaning after your departure. Feel free to ask to borrow a vacuum or ask for extra "dog sheets" for your unit.
No Puppies Please!

Pet Rates: $10/night for 1 dog with a maximum of $50 and $15/night for 2 dogs with a maximum of $75. The monthly charge is also $50/month for 1 dog and $75/month for 2 dogs. There is no tax on pet charges.
